Achieving Better Results through Mindfulness and Compassion

HeartRise helps leaders, knowledge workers, golfers and any aspiring people to become more mindful and compassionate to achieve better results for themselves and others:

  • Leaders learn how to be their “best selves” and to create cultures of mindfulness and psychologically safe environments, where employees are more engaged, have increased well-being, and perform optimally.
  • Knowledge workers learn how to increase their self-awareness, emotional self-management, motivation, and resiliency. They learn important communication skills to develop more meaningful and authentic relationships.
  • Golfers learn skills to manage the mental challenges and variability of golf, practices to increase their focus to achieve desired results, techniques to access their natural and effortless swing, and methods for improving mental resiliency.
  • Aspiring people are introduced to the concept of being present, in an open and accepting way, with the right mindset, to what they are experiencing, so they can behave in a way that supports their values and brings meaning to their lives.

Our highly interactive, content rich (with the latest findings from neuroscience studies), experiential workshops use business, life and golf experiences to make the workshops meaningful, memorable and actionable.
